I'm a former professional MMA fighter who competed at the highest levels of the sport - PFL, Invicta FC, The Ultimate Fighter, and Combate Global.

I turned my elite-level training experience into a coaching system built specifically for former athletes who are now busy adults and want to stop feeling sluggish and start feeling strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies again.

From my first day training to coaching hundreds of athletes - every fight shaped the coach I am today.
